Unfortunately it is common to have instruments be put out of adjustment by shipping them across the country. Please email us to let us know about such problems. Most of the time we can offer solutions that do not involve you having o ship the instrument back for repair or replacement.

 

Damage / Refund / Exchange Policy

Damage:
Carefully inspect your package for visible shipping damage, notify the carrier immediately, keep all original packaging and notify us at 888-368-7770 of any problems within 72 hours of receipt. If you discover damage or the item not functioning properly after opening the package, notify us of any problems within 72 hours of receipt.  All returns should be boxed in the original packing if possible. Include all original parts, accessories and paperwork (e.g. owner's manual, warranty card, etc.). We will send out a replacement (ground delivery) or issue a refund within two working days after receiving the returned merchandise.

You may return items for a full refund or an exchange within 30 days of purchase. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
